Centrally located in the heart of Papua New Guinea (PNG). Simbu province produces 7,000 metric tones of coffee. Simbu coffee is made from specially selected premium grade coffee beans from across the province. This is an unmistakeable coffee with distinct aroma and flavour unique to the Simbu province. This coffee is suited for drinking any time of the day

Environment

The quality of the coffee is very much influenced by the climate and environment in which it is cultivated. Having one of the best coffe growing climates in the world, Simbu coffee is naturally cultivated between 1500m and 2000m above sea level wilth day time tempretures reaching as high as 32 degrees Celcius on hot days and dropping to as low as 12 degrees Celcius at night. Favourable soil conditions allow coffee trees to remain evergreen all year round with rainfall estimates at 2000 mm per annum. All Simbu coffee is shade grown and produced by small holder farms under enviromently friendly conditions
